Christina Drake

Mission Statement:
My goal is to give each person the time and attention they need to meet their specific real estate needs. Whether buying or selling, I'm here to assist in the process, making it enjoyable along the way!

In 1971 my parents, Harold & Donna Timboe brought me into this world in Ft. Bliss TX.  The first 17 years of my life I spent as an “Army Brat”, living in 10 different places all across the USA,

In 1989 I came to Siloam Springs to attend John Brown University.  During college I enjoyed dee-jaying on KLRC       101.1 FM, (Which is still one of my favorite stations!)

In 1993 I received my bachelors degree in Broadcasting w/ a minor in Sociology (I love people!). I then spent 9 years as a travel consultant w/ Lynda’s Travel Service, experiencing first hand many worldwide destinations, and creating life long relationships within the community.

In Feb 2002 I married Ron Drake, my best friend and president of Drake Renovation & Construction, Inc. That same year Ron encouraged me to pursue my real estate license. (He said he needed a good agent!) .

In August 2002 I began my career with Coldwell banker Faucette Real Estate

In 2003 I received the 'Rookie of the Year' award for selling the most home for a new agent.

In May 2005 I got my Executive Broker License, an achieved International Presidents Circle status which represents the top 10 percent of agents worldwide.

In Dec 2006, my peers voted me 'Siloam Spring council of realtors "Realtor 2006 of the Year"

In 2007 & 2008 I received the Coldwell Banker Faucette Award for #1 Individual Agent for the Siloam springs office in number of listings sold & units closed.

In both 2007 ,2008  & 2009 I received the 'Hometown Best' Favorite Real Estate Agent award from local residents and the Herald Leader newspaper.

In 2010, I promise to give my very best service to clients & strive to meet their specific real estate needs!
